The Rt. RevÕd Keith L. Ackerman, SSC

Internationally renown, Bishop Ackerman has for decades been the face of the AngloCatholic way -- including as Bishop (VIII) of the Diocese of Quincy (Anglican Communion), Bishop Protector of the Franciscan Order of the Divine Compassion, President of Forward in Faith (North America), and Superior General of the Confraternity of the Blessed Sacrament.  Bishop Ackerman is the sole American bishop granted the honor to serve the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham (England) as Bishop Guardian. Anglo-Catholic's hold this to be their holiest shrine and the UK continues to observe a national pilgrimage to its hallowed ground. Although ÔÔretired,ÕÕ Bp. Ackerman is counted as among the global leaders of the Anglican CommunionÕs orthodox group, GAFCON, which is the worldÕs third largest expression of Christianity.  His efforts to achieve ecumenical unity, recently with the Orthodox Church in America and the Russian Orthodox Church, have been tireless. With apostolic decent in both Anglican and Roman Catholic episcopal lines, he is a living sign of Catholic unity.

Celse A. Berard

Celse Berard is no stranger to nonprofit institutions.  Recently retired, he served for nearly three decades as President of Riverview Hospital, a community hospital, in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.  During his tenure, Mr. Berard built a new campus having a general medical and surgical hospital with seventy beds and served by about seventy physicians.  He and his wife Susan presently serve on the Board of Advocates for Community Choice, a non-profit institution in their hometown of Washington, MO, currently looking at offering alternative living for developmentally disabled adults.  Celse and Susan are also active volunteers with Exceptional Equestrians, an organization that uses horses to work with special needs and children and adults.

Susan N. Berard

Susan Berard was Director of Riverview Family Clinics, a department of Riverview Hospital, until her recent retirement. She and her husband Celse have given their lives to community service; their humility is amply demonstrated by their willingness to serve the Board as our Treasurer/CFO and Board Vice President, respectfully.

Fr. Lally began his career as a medievalist and language theorist holding the Ph.D. from The Johns Hopkins University, serving on the faculties of Towson University and Johns Hopkins. Lally served as one of seven directors of Southwest Haiti's largest NGO, the Haitian Health Foundation, an organization of 200 employees serving 230,000 people in 113 villages and one capital city.  Fr.
